What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept local debit/ATM cards and all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) and GCash.
For debit/ATM cards, you will need to activate your card for online purchases. You can check with your local provider on how.
Do you accept bank deposit as payment option?+
No. It's 2021, you can use your local debit/ATM cards to pay just as you can do bank transfers in their apps. It's way easier and faster. Trust us.
Do you accept COD?+
What courier providers do you use?+
All domestic orders are shipped via GoGo Xpress.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?+
Standard domestic shipments usually take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather or any unforeseen variables.
*Time may also vary whenever there are changes to COVID-19 protocols by the Philippine IATF.
How can I track my order?+
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?+
At the moment, no. We should be able to once international cargo and shipments normalize.
I made a mistake in my address. Is there a way to change it?+

Can multiple orders be combined?+
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify, combine, or consolidate multiple shipments.
Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed?+
Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits.
Can I return an item?+
At the moment, we do not allow return of items due to sanitary issues/health concerns.
I have received a defective product. What should I do?+
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Exchange of items can only be done within 2 days of receiving item.
Will sold out items be restocked?+
Seasonal items may be restocked but most likely with a different variation in its colorway. There are no guarantees as to when or if they will be.
